A number of States, Municipalities and power companies have had rebates in effect for some # of years. Entergize has worked closely with them together with end user customers. The result was that we had customers that have received between 20% and 40% rebates on the price of their Entergize systems.
	
Over the past years we have utilized a concept where the customer leases the system for a monthly cost that is less than half of the monthly savings. This allows the astute customer to let the system pay for itself and use the substantial rebate money for other projects.

Entergize will work on your behalf to prepare the rebate application and provide the necessary administrative work that is associated with the rebate process.

This application will be prepared and submitted for our participating customers   IN ADVANCE such that they will be sure of qualifying for the maximum rebate.

This rebate is the amount that can be obtained from your electrical power supplier. The economic impact of this program is significant and can reduce the average expected breakeven point on this investment from approximately 18 months to a year or less. It is especially valuable when it is coupled with our lease to own plan.

A sample customer that has a 200-room property and who installs a $300 per room system would collect an average of $24,000 in rebates. This customer would make payments of under $1,500 monthly AND own the equipment after 48 months.

Meanwhile, the property would be achieving a savings of approximately $3,300/month as a reduction on their energy bill so that the total cost of the system is less than half of the expected monthly savings. This would result in the customer realizing positive cash flow of about $22,000 per year. Naturally, the rebate payments represent additional free cash to the customer.
In the future, things keep getting better because after the fourth year the equipment is owned, the payments cease, and the annual savings increase from $22,000 to $40,000 per year. The ten-year total savings is in excess of $350,000.
